We are not in-network with any insurance companies. Unfortunately, insurance is a largely a pain-based model and does not recognise a lot of the wellness care that we do and since we are a specialty clinic specifically working with pregnant women and children, we are cash-based with payment being due at the time of service. We do accept FSA/HSA and we have a lot of options for discounted care if you would like to save money.

Additionally, we are not Medicare providers and as such we are not able to accept Medicare age-eligible patients at this time (age 65 and over). 

Often times not! The only difference is that we collect our payments upfront and offices that accept insurance collect the copay and then you are required to pay the remaining balance after insurance reimbursement takes place. Insurance prices are always charged at much higher rates than our cash prices so considering our cheaper cash prices, patients usually end up paying the same amount in the end and you end up getting a much higher quality of care. This is because we are not dictated by insurance requirements and time constraints and can better individualize our care for each patient.  

Our initial consultation includes your first two appointments. Your first appointment includes review of history, neurological scan and a personalized adjustment and your second appointment includes your review of findings and a detailed overview of your recommended care plan. If you want to get adjusted at your second visit, you can choose to start your care plan and whichever financial option works best for you. 

After that, your following appointments will include your adjustments and care plan recommendations. At every 12th visit we perform a re-exam with neurological scans to see how we are progressing and make any necessary modifications.

We are happy to you provide you with a receipt of your services (with our provider information, service codes and subluxation codes) if you choose to self-submit for reimbursement. We do not fill out any additional forms or interact with insurance companies in any way.

 24 Hour Cancellation Policy: For any cancellations or appointment changes within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment and any missed appointments (no-shows), your credit card on file will be charged the remainder for the full cost of your scheduled appointment. As a family practice, we obviously have exceptions to this rule i.e. you wake up sick, or your baby has a blowout, or you are pregnant and you go into labor... don't worry about this policy but please try to give us a heads up!

Yes! Most of the time this process is very simple and we are able to run your card just like any other card. Some FSA/HSAs require pre-approval in which case you would have to sort that with them prior to making your payment.

Yes all of our prices are the same regardless of age! Pediatric and Prenatal chiropractic are specialties of chiropractic that aren't really taught in traditional chiropractic schools. To learn how to adjust babies and pregnant moms, many years of additional postdoctoral training must be completed. Since we are solely a practice for these specialties, we have accounted for these factors and designed our pricing structure to reflect that. 

Chiropractic care is incredibly effective but it does require two things: time and repetition. Similarly, you wouldn't expect to be in the best shape of your life if you only went to the gym for 20 minutes once a month. 

Your care plan is designed to release stuck tension on your nervous system and help the body unlock and then we can retrain your body and help you reach optimal health. It is important to remember that our care is a TEAM effort.

Each individual will receive a custom care plan to reach your health goals and help you feel your absolute best. 

We specialize in the Webster Technique which is designed to help promote optimal fetal positioning for your baby (i.e. head down position). A lot of moms come to us when they find out that their baby is transverse or breech and with the Webster Technique and our many years of clinical experience, we help to reduce tension the pelvis specifically to promote optimal fetal positioning. We don't turn baby or really work on baby at all, but rather create the space and openness for baby to have the opportunity to move into the head down position. In conjunction with our advanced prenatal chiropractic care, we give our moms stretches to perform at home to help prepare mom and baby for optimal alignment for labor and birth.

Your first and second visits will be approximately 30-40 minutes (maybe longer depending on complexity).  After our initial exam and set of neurological scans, we will know exactly what we will be working on at each visit and your subsequent care plan visits are an average of 10 minutes. Re-scans and progress visits are performed every 12 visits and will require 20-30 minutes. Your report of findings after each progress visit will also be approximately 20 minutes in length.

Most of the males in our practice are babies and kiddos because that's what we specialize in! We have a few adult males under care who have decided to come in with their families. Currently, we are not accepting new patients for men's health so that we can ensure that we have enough time and resources available to provide amazing perinatal and pediatric care for all of the mamas and babies in our community.

At MotherBaby Wellness Co., we are convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset, your health, will be far less time-consuming and expensive than trying to recover from it. If you feel you do not have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please contact us because we can help!

The last thing we want is for you to come to our wellness center in crisis. So please, take your health very seriously. We have set up a non-profit 501(c)3 Chiropractic Wellness Charity to help assist those in financial need. Please ask us for an application to see if you qualify and if you do, you and your family will receive the exact same quality of chiropractic care at a lowered price. 

We only accept a limited amount of applications and if you qualify your approval will last for a one-year period at which point your prices will return to the normal market fees of our practice. You are welcome to recertify if your hardship has continued.
