We are a cash-based, out-of-network practice and are not in-network with any insurance companies. Because we specialize in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care, much of the wellness-focused care we provide is not well covered by traditional insurance plans, which are often structured around treating pain or specific diagnoses rather than supporting ongoing wellness and preventive care.
Payment is due at the time of service, and we gladly accept HSA/FSA funds for eligible services. We also offer several discounted care options designed to make ongoing care more affordable—many of our patients choose these options to save on the cost of care.
Please note: We are not Medicare providers and, therefore, are currently unable to accept Medicare-eligible patients age 65 and older.

Not necessarily! While using insurance can sound like the less expensive option, that isn't always how it works in practice—especially if you have a deductible, coinsurance, or limited chiropractic benefits.
At a cash-based practice like ours, you know what your care costs upfront. Our rates are designed to be straightforward and affordable, and we offer discounted care options for patients who want to save even more.
With an insurance-based practice, you may pay a copay at each visit, but that doesn't necessarily represent your total cost of care. Depending on your plan, you may first have to meet a deductible before your insurance begins paying toward your care. Even after your deductible is met, you may still be responsible for coinsurance or other patient portions. Your chiropractor may also bill your insurance at a higher contracted rate, leaving you responsible for whatever portion your plan assigns to you.
The tricky part? You may not know exactly what you will ultimately owe until after the insurance company processes your claims. A care plan that initially seems affordable because you're only paying a copay can result in a significant balance later if your deductible hasn't been met, your benefits are limited, or your insurance processes certain services differently than expected.
With our cash-based model, there are no surprise insurance adjustments or months-later bills from us. You pay at the time of service, know your cost upfront, and can choose from our available payment and discounted care options.
And there's another important difference: we don't have to structure your care around what an insurance company will approve or reimburse. Because we aren't dictated by insurance requirements, visit limitations, or insurance-driven documentation and treatment protocols, we can spend the time we need with you and individualize your care based on your needs—not your insurance policy.
Bottom line: Paying a copay doesn't always mean you're paying less. When you factor in deductibles, coinsurance, insurance billing rates, unexpected balances, and the limitations insurance can place on care, cash-based care can be a more predictable—and often more affordable—option.

Your initial appointment fee covers your first visit and the report of findings at your second visit, so you can get a complete picture of your needs before deciding whether to begin care.
Visit 1: We’ll review your health history, perform a neurological scan, and provide your first personalized adjustment.
Visit 2: We’ll review your findings together and walk you through your personalized care recommendations. If you’d like to begin care that day, your second adjustment is included once you choose the payment option that works best for you.
From there, your visits include personalized adjustments and care based on your recommendations. Every 12th visit includes a re-exam and updated neurological scans so we can track your progress and make adjustments to your care as needed.
We offer discounted memberships and care packages, including family options, to make ongoing care more affordable. Once you’ve completed your initial care plan, you can also take advantage of our highly discounted wellness memberships for continued care.
We believe taking care of your health shouldn’t have to break the bank—which is why we’ve built our pricing around making consistent care as accessible as possible. 🩷

We are happy to you provide you with a receipt of your services (with our provider information, service codes and subluxation codes) if you choose to self-submit for reimbursement. We do not fill out any additional forms or interact with insurance companies in any way.
You can also access your receipts from your online patient portal!

Our practice specializes in prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care, so our patients are primarily women, babies, and children. While we have a small number of adult male patients who are part of an existing family care plan, we are not currently accepting new adult male patients.
This allows us to keep our focus—and our time and resources—on providing exceptional care for the mamas, babies, and families we specialize in serving. We appreciate your understanding!

24 Hour Cancellation Policy: For any cancellations or appointment changes within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment and any missed appointments (no-shows), your credit card on file will be charged the remainder for the full cost of your scheduled appointment. As a family practice, we obviously have exceptions to this rule i.e. you wake up sick, or your baby has a blowout, or you are pregnant and you go into labor... don't worry about this policy but please try to give us a heads up!

Yes! Most of the time this process is very simple and we are able to run your card just like any other card. Some FSA/HSAs require pre-approval in which case you would have to sort that with them prior to making your payment.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer—and that’s intentional. Every patient receives a personalized care plan based on your health history, goals, and what we find during your initial evaluation.
Chiropractic care works through time, consistency, and repetition. Just like you wouldn’t expect to transform your fitness with one 20-minute workout a month, your body needs consistent input to create meaningful change.
Most of our initial care plans are 6–8 weeks and may begin with more frequent visits—often 2x/week—before spacing out as your body responds. Pregnancy care is a little different, with visits often starting around 1x/week and continuing throughout pregnancy based on your individual needs.
We believe in finding the Goldilocks zone of care: enough consistency and repetition to create meaningful results without unnecessarily long or excessive care plans. We don't believe in giant, open-ended care plans, and we also don't recommend choosing your own schedule or simply coming in whenever you feel like it. In our experience, too little care or too much time between visits often doesn't provide the consistency your body needs to make the changes we're working toward.
Your care plan is a team effort. We create the clinical plan based on what your body needs, and your consistency with that plan is an important part of getting the best possible results. Our goal is to give you the right amount of care—not the most care.

We know your time is valuable—especially when you’re juggling pregnancy, kids, work, and everything in between. Our appointments are intentionally efficient and focused, so you get the care you need without spending your entire day in the office.
Your first appointment is approximately 50 minutes, giving us the time to thoroughly review your history, perform your evaluation and neurological scans, and provide your initial care.
Your second visit is approximately 30 minutes and includes your review of findings and personalized care recommendations.
After that, most adjustment visits are just 10–15 minutes, depending on what’s going on and what your body needs that day. Because we have already established your care plan and know exactly what we’re working on, your visits can be focused and efficient—without sacrificing quality of care.
Every 12th visit includes a re-exam and neurological scans, which takes approximately 20–30 minutes, along with your progress review.
We’ve found that moms especially appreciate having quick, convenient appointments that actually fit into real life. You can get the care you need, get back in the car, and get on with your day—without spending an hour at the chiropractor every time you come in. 💗

We never want finances to be the reason you put your health—or your family’s health—on the back burner. While our practice is not able to offer reduced rates as a standard payment option, we have established a 501(c)(3) chiropractic wellness charity specifically to help in special circumstances when a family is experiencing genuine financial hardship.
If you are struggling financially but truly need care, you may request an application for consideration. Assistance is limited and not guaranteed, but if you qualify, you and your family can receive the same high-quality chiropractic care at a reduced rate.
Approved assistance is valid for one year, after which standard practice fees apply. If your financial hardship continues, you are welcome to reapply for consideration.
Because this program is made possible through our practitioners donating their time and expertise, we ask that you please only apply if you are experiencing a true financial hardship. Our goal is to help when we can, while making sure this resource remains available for families who genuinely need it.
