We believe you should know exactly what you are walking into before you ever book. No hidden fees, no bait-and-switch, no crazy year-long care plans, and no pressure to commit to anything you are not ready for. Just honest, expert guidance on what it will take to reach your health goals, backed by over a decade of clinical experience, at rates that reflect the value of your care.
Not sure what you need yet? That is perfectly normal. Every patient gets a personalized care plan after their first visit. You will never be pushed into something that does not make sense for your body, your schedule, or your budget.
Step One
Your First Visit
This is where we get to know you. We take a thorough history, evaluate your spine and nervous system, run modern neurological scans, and give you your first adjustment. Afterward, Dr. Chrisi carefully reviews everything and prepares your personalized Report of Findings, which she walks you through at your second visit.

What your $199 first visit covers

How your second visit works. At your second appointment, Dr. Chrisi walks you through your Report of Findings and her personalized care recommendations. If you would like to be adjusted that day, you simply choose how you would like to pay (see Step Two below) and receive your adjustment. Your $199 first visit covers everything in the initial appointment and the report itself. The Report of Findings review at visit two is included, and any adjustment you choose to receive at that second visit is billed separately at the rate you select.
Starting care as a family?
Save $50 off each new patient visit when two or more immediate family members begin care at the same time, or within two weeks of each other. Wellness is better when you are doing it together.
We are not in-network with any insurance. HSA and FSA accounts are welcome.

Flexible Payment Options That Fit Your Life
After your first visit, Dr. Chrisi gives you her professional recommendations based on what she finds. Then you decide how you want to pay. You can always pay per visit with no commitment, or save with a discounted care plan rate. Care plan length varies with your needs, but most patients fall somewhere between 6 and 12 weeks depending on complexity and goals.

A hybrid of a prepay package and a membership, designed for real life. Billing follows your visits, not a calendar date. If you need to come in more often for pain, a breech baby, or any other pregnancy curveball, you can, at the very same rate. Because your package is based on visit frequency and not the calendar, it simply renews sooner. Nothing lost, no penalty, ever.

Your rate holds from your first trimester all the way through postpartum recovery, or for as long as you choose.
3-cycle minimum commitment (usually monthly, unless you need to come in more often due to pain or discomfort) · 30 days notice to cancel or change · Frequency must be maintained to keep the member rate · No refunds.
Step Three
Continue the Benefits with Maintenance Care
Once you finish your care plan, you have done the hard work, and maintenance care is what protects it. As a wellness member, you never pay the $75 walk-in rate again. Your care, your schedule, your rate. Payments are triggered by visits, not calendar dates, so life never costs you your spot.

All maintenance plans require a 3-month minimum commitment and for you to stay consistent with your chosen frequency in order to maintain discounted rate. Payments are visit-triggered instead of billed monthly. Free annual re-exam included. Additional visits outside your plan are billed at your same member rate.

Ask us about shareable family visit packages and discounted add-on rates for additional family members on any maintenance plan. Save $50 off each new patient visit when two or more immediate family members start care together.
